Amber Tham

Biography

Amber joined Gharibian Law, APC in 2021, bringing over 10 years of experience to the firm, representing victims of elder and nursing home abuse with an intuitive compassion and down-to-earth nature shaped and informed by her childhood growing up in a diverse community.

Amber has a close connection to the insufficient quality of care provided in nursing homes as she witnessed her own grandmother’s poor care. This experience inspired her to pursue law and help families facing elder abuse or the loss of a loved one to the neglectful nature of nursing homes.

Throughout her career, Amber is most proud of helping the individuals and families she represents. No matter the settlement size, families are always eternally grateful. In return, Amber also feels grateful to the families, as this area of law is incredibly rewarding and she feels there is something more innately valuable about helping elders that makes it feel like a global accomplishment.

Amber is a mother, and feels more connected to her job than ever. Her children have become her strongest asset to her career. The idea of families losing loved ones resonates with her, as she can better feel their hardships and issues. Amber is admitted to practice before all courts in the states of California and Nevada.
