Glendale Nursing Home Worker Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault of Patient

Allegations Against Nursing Home Worker

Protecting our elderly loved ones from abuse is a critical responsibility. Unfortunately, a disturbing case has emerged in Glendale, where a nursing home worker has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a vulnerable patient.

Larry Stanfill, 20, of Tujunga, was employed as a certified nursing assistant at Glendale Post Acute Center since November 2024. According to Glendale police, he is accused of sexually assaulting a patient on at least two occasions.

Stanfill has also worked at multiple other convalescent facilities, including:

  • Chandler Convalescent Hospital (Glendale) – August 2021 to May 2023
  • Pasadena Park Healthcare and Wellness Center (Pasadena) – May 2023 to August 2024
  • An unidentified facility (El Monte) – August 2024 to October 2024

Criminal Charges & Ongoing Investigation

On Feb. 21, Stanfill was arrested and charged by the L.A. County DA’s Elder Abuse Division with sexually abusing a medically incapacitated patient. He has since been released on bond, and authorities believe more victims may be out there.

Protect Your Loved Ones

If you or a loved one resides at Glendale Post Acute Center or a facility where Stanfill worked, stay vigilant—elder abuse often goes unreported.

No family should face elder abuse alone. Legal action can help stop abuse and ensure justice.
