Biography

Greg serves as Of Counsel, bringing his extensive trial experience and proven track record to support the firm’s continued advocacy on behalf of its clients.

Greg earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995. After several years practicing at a large downtown Los Angeles firm, he established his own practice in March 2000, focusing exclusively on representing consumers.

Over the course of his career, Greg has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has been retained on matters throughout California. While he is particularly recognized for his trial work in elder abuse litigation, his experience spans a broad range of practice areas, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, fraud, breach of contract, products liability, unfair business practices, automobile accidents, constructive trust, accounting, and quiet title actions.

Greg has achieved numerous significant jury verdicts and settlements, earning recognition for some of the largest results in county history. In 2009, he was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association and was also a finalist for Street Fighter of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys of California. In 2010, he received the William F. Taylor Memorial Award from the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform.
