(e.g., “Access Request,” “Delete Request,” “Correct Request,” “Opt Out of Sharing,” or “Limit Sensitive PI”).
To help us process your request, please include your name, the email/phone you used to contact us,
and sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We may request additional information for verification.
7) Communications Consent & Messaging Policy (SMS/Email)
Consent to Contact
By providing your phone number and/or email address to the Firm (including through this website),
you consent to receive communications from us, which may include calls, texts (SMS/MMS), and emails, for purposes such as:
responding to your inquiry, scheduling, follow-up, intake, client communications, case updates, and marketing.
Communications may be sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of retaining our services.
